2015
Started managing customer service for our own dropshipping stores, learning firsthand what breaks trust with customers.
2017
Began supporting other Shopify and DTC brands with CS operations, growing to work across 200+ stores.
2019
Built the systems, SOPs, and reporting structure that would later become the Dropscale model.
2020
Founded Dropscale Global to bring that same structure agent, manager, and backup to every store we work with.
